Bourg BB3002 EVA hotmelt perfect binder, in-line with Challenge CMT 330 C three knife trimmer (2014)

The C.P. Bourg BB3002 EVA hotmelt perfect binder is equipped with:
– jogger en caliper
– milling blade, milling speed and depth can be adjusted automatically from 0 – 3 mm
– EVA hotmelt glueing system
– clamping / nipping module
– cover feed
– cover creasing and scoring – up to 13 positive and negative creases on the cover, ideal for books with flaps
– optional barcode scanning

The Challenge CMT 330 C three knife trimmer is equipped with:
– automatic format adjustment
– optional barcode scanning
– Elevator (2013) delivery system
The CMT 330 C can be used in-line with the Bourg binder, but is also suited for off-line production
